Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting Soulaan Sacred. Every order is handcrafted with care, intention, and time. We appreciate your patience while your spiritual goods are prepared.
Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Our current processing time is 4–6 weeks before your order ships. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Custom orders and high-volume sales may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping transit times are estimated by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location. Soulaan Sacred is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address or order contents. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Soulaan Sacred is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to begin a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple handmade items, they may ship together once everything in your order is complete. In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. Soulaan Sacred is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
