At Soulaan Sacred, every product is handcrafted, prayed over, and prepared with intention. Because our products are handmade and spiritual in nature, we ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:
- Blessed & conjure oils
- Ritual candles and candle workings
- Herbal blends
- Custom spiritual products
- Tarot or oracle readings
- Digital products
We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, scent preference, change of mind, or desired spiritual results.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Soulaan Sacred is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Processing Time
All products are handmade to order. Current processing time is 4–6 weeks before shipment unless otherwise stated.
